Rapid
Prototyping
Your design in the real world.
Prototyping is a critical step when creating a new product. Prototyping allows you to test the idea, find what works, and improve the design. Iterative prototyping is hardwired into our process and we conduct most of our product prototyping in-house.
Close to production
We work hard to produce production quality prototypes in house to test all aspects of the design and create models that you can use to gain user feedback before moving on to full production runs.
We use a large number of CAM (computer aided manufacture) technologies that can be used to create a batch of identical parts. Perfect for small, intricate designs all the way up to large full scale prototypes and models.
Cutting Edge Technology
FDM 3D Printing
FDM 3D printing is great for creating a 3d object out of plastic material allowing for complex shapes and intricate details. This process is perfect for iterative prototypes that can be tested.
Laser Cutting
Cutting and engraving a variety of materials. Used to create high precision and high quality parts.
SLA 3D Printing
Perfect for micro detail, SLA 3D printing is second to none for 3D models where precision accuracy is required as well as production quality prototypes with impeccable surface finish.
CNC Milling
Used to create high strength components made from engineering materials. These parts will have all the strength of the production part and can be tested in the real world.
Expertly Crafted
Our in-house workshop compliments the range of additive manufacturing facilities at our disposal and allows more versatility when prototyping a wide range of products. It’s often the small details and finishing touches added by hand that bring your prototype to life.
